Very good
It’s really very good and dissolves well. This is important bc it a salt leaves tiny tiny undissolvable rocks behind it’s an issue for health. Full flavour.

Excellent Flavor and Quality — A Noticeable Upgrade from Regular Salt
This sea salt is truly impressive. The texture is fine and smooth, making it easy to sprinkle or blend into cooking without clumping. The flavor is richer and more complex than standard table salt — you can actually taste the natural depth from the trace minerals. It's unrefined and hand-harvested, which is something I really appreciate when choosing higher-quality ingredients for cooking. The glass jar is another great detail. It feels premium, looks nice on a kitchen counter, and keeps the salt dry and fresh. I’ve used it on everything from meats to vegetables to simple everyday seasoning, and it consistently enhances the flavor without overpowering it. I review kitchen products, pantry staples, and cooking tools regularly, and this one stands out both in purity and taste. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on this brand — if they offer larger jars, coarse grind options, or other culinary salts, I’d be interested in testing and reviewing those as well.

Best salt, just gets moist
This is the best tasting salt I've ever tried. The only downfall for me is so much moisture in the air in New Orleans that it always no matter what I try gets where the shaker is hard to use. I had to use regular sea salt because I was out and oh boy it was so salty lol once you've learn how much eden salt to use. It's not as salty but brings out the flavor of Everything food fruits whatever you put it on. Any suggestions for keeping it dry?

Worth it!
Best salt ever! We use this in everything. It is more expensive than other salts but worth it because it has more minerals than any other salt. The salt doesn't ever stick together and doesn't have issues with moisture.

Swap Your Salt! Eden Sea Salt A Delicious Upgrade, Just Like In-N-Out Fries! Even better on Popcorn!
As a self-proclaimed French fry and popcorn enthusiast, finding the right seasoning is essential for me. Enter Eden Sea Salt Hand Harvested French Celtic—a game-changer in my snack universe. What sets this salt apart is its origin story and how it's harvested. Sourced from the pristine and protected Isle of Noirmoutier, this hand-harvested Celtic salt isn't just about taste—it's a healthier and a more natural/pure alternative to regular salt. If your interested in how the salt got into the jar..Atlantic waters flow into Noirmoutier's rectangular, hard sun-baked man-made clay pools. Two days of evaporation from sun and wind create large coarse crystals called 'sel gros'. The crystals are light gray from the clay. They are harvested by the 'saunier' or salt harvester using long rakes to gather the crystals. Using strong, swift strokes the saunier draws crystals to one side of the pool. Every two days the saunier collects small amounts and adds it to the pile that becomes several feet high as the harvest season progresses. The coarse salt is dried and stone ground to medium size to produce EDEN Sea Salt. No further processing, washing, or additives are involved, and it is never blended. This traditional Celtic process seals in a wealth of trace elements and produces the most delicious sea salt in the world. Unlike highly processed table salt, this Celtic salt retains its natural minerals, offering potassium, magnesium, and other trace elements that regular salt often lacks. These minerals contribute to better electrolyte balance and overall well-being, making each sprinkle not only delicious but also a small step towards a healthier choice. What I like most is the versatility of this salt. Whether I'm in the mood for crispy fries or a cozy movie night with popcorn, salt on my vegetables or adding a little to a main dish, a dash of Eden Sea Salt brings out flavors I didn't know existed! I also love the feeling knowing I'm giving my kids and family a nutrient dense topping. Some of the minerals found in Celtic sea salt include potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, and manganese. I don't know how to explain it other than it taste saltier than regular salt and finer too, but not too fine. You can definitely use this to swap all the salt in your house except the chunky salt if you want to feel bite. To me it's somewhere between movie theater salt and what they put on In-N-Out fries. So good! It's become a kitchen essential that I simply can't do without—with the added bonus of being a healthier choice!
