Quality belt
I bought this as a safety aid for transitioning to a platform walker. It's a solid quality belt, one that my physical and occupational therapists both commented on. It also has a belt loop so the end doesn't flap around. The fabric is heavy grade canvas, nice and sturdy, which is what you need for this application.There aren't any instructions on how to buckle it correctly so that it doesn't slip loose, so ask your therapist how to do it (or there's always YouTube!). I leave mine buckled and just slip it on and or over my head.Highly recommend.

This is a pretty good gait belt, it feels nice and sturdy and pretty durable. It felt pretty easy to use, like any other gait belt, it's cool that it has the elastic there to help with the excess belt. The color seemed more maroon in the pictures and the elastic was definitely a more maroon color, but the belt itself was more of a purple burgundy color. It is pretty!

Very good quality. I bought for my daughter she is recovering from a spinal cord injury. And this gait belt is very sturdy and brings a pop of color to this very hard times . Very easy to use.
