Great addition to my collection
I started with Stacy McCarthy's Busy Mom Yoga. I fell in love with it and ordered several more of her videos. This one has certainly helped to increase my hip flexibility and decrease my low back pain. I appreciate that she includes different levels for each move. This makes me consistently challenge myself. I also benefit from her frequent reminders on form and breath. She helps mellow my mood without being a weirdo like some of the other videos.

Very basic, beginner hip opening
There isn’t much to this practice. It’s very passive and I was expecting more flow based on the description. It does focus on the hips and a bit on the shoulders.

Not for preggos
Longer and more difficult than I thought it would be. Not a pregnancy friendly practice but will be great for after birth. Still looking for a yoga DVD that can help me with my pregnancy related hip pain and is a good workout.

True to its title
This is an excellent DVD to help open up the hips. Stacy is an excellent instructor and she is easy to follow. The poses really do help to open up the hips, and Stacy uses options to ensure that the back does not get strained. Definitely worth purchasing and enjoyable to follow.

Glad I excerised DVDF
Absolutely the best hip opener DVD and the soothing manner of Stacy Mc Carthy takes you to a Zen level. Makes one feel centered and happy after the exercise mostly because of her positive affirmations. Well definitely explore her other DVD's

now that Iv got the hang of the speed of it I do enjoy it but I did find it hard at first ...
I bought this as a follow on as I had recently started to self learn Yoga and my hips are a problem. I didn't understand what FLOW Yoga was and have found it hard to follow as I didn't have the basic knowledge of the positions , that said, now that Iv got the hang of the speed of it I do enjoy it but I did find it hard at first to keep up. Learn the basics first and you will get the most of this one.

Content doesn’t catch up with title
It’s an extremely basic and slow practice that barely addressed hips.I wanted to return it but it sending it back was almost the same price I paid for it.

This video was exactly what I was hoping for. Just over a half hour of general yoga poses and exercises directed at opening and strengthening the hips. In a number of places she gives you three levels of difficulty so you can choose what works best for you.

Got me hooked
I first purchased this DVD because I was experiencing tightness in my hips. Not only did Stacy's teaching open my hips and help with my pain it has made me more flexible and more calm in my everyday life. After experiencing such amazing results with this DVD I quickly purchased Stacy's other DVDs and have not looked back. I highly recommend this DVD and others by Stacy for anyone who needs to relieve tightness or mild pain in the body or the mind.
