Excellent product with excellent support
Filter does an excellent job with my metals and the sulfur smell. I've been using the filter for 3 yrs and had a problem for the first time this year. The iSpring team, thanks Edwin, did a great job at resolving my issue quickly. I just purchased a new strainer to accompany this filter, it's an iSpring too. They are my go to for filtration.

Great filters and customer service
These are great. I have a three filter system and have these FC25B Carbon filters in all of them. I replaced a big, non-serviceable 4ft whole-house carbon filter tank with this system because my water is so bad that the carbon filter needs to be replaced periodically, and the "lifetime" tank wasn't a good solution. NOTE: Sean in customer service has been especially helpful with my filter needs. THANKS!

Outstanding service and product
I purchased an iSpring wall mounted three stage (canister) whole house water filtration system several years ago to replace a dual tank floor mounted system that took up too much room and did not back flush properly and could not deliver quality water results. The iSpring system takes up very little wall space and maintenance is easy, simply changing the three filters yearly based on our water usage. Customer service was great with Nick giving me sound advice regarding installation. A couple of years later he gave me good advice as to the use a heat gun to loosen tanks when I had overtightened two canisters. I recently learned that Nick is still providing customer service when I had a question regarding an order for replacement filters. We are serviced by a small water utility company which has pure water, but the water has high levels of sand and sometimes high levels of chlorine. The 5-micron sediment filter removes most of the sand and two CTO carbon block filters do a great job removing chlorine and any remaining sand. We do experience water line breakage occasionally which can introduce large amounts of sediment into the lines which is a health hazard and can damage water heaters, dish washers, and washing machines leading to premature failure. This is another reason to install a whole house system instead of point of source filters for sinks and lavatories. I do find the iSpring replacement filters high quality and reasonably priced particularly when purchased in cases of four like my recent order.Merlin

Iron filler
Good filter. Feeling like 3ppm is a bit high for what it can take but definitely helps.

Great Customer Service
iSpring products are terrific and I could not be happier with my water quality. I have had my system running flawlessly since 2017. Recently, I had a problem with a low flow rate on a newly installed filter. I contacted iSpring customer service and communicated with Julius. What a pleasure to receive such a prompt and courteous response. He understood the problem and arranged to ship a replacement. They have great products and it’s reassuring to know that they stand behind them.

Amazing customer service
This company has amazing customer service, especially Sean over there. The equipment works very well most of the time, and when it does not, they immediately rectify the situation. A great value all around.

Great Tasting Water and Ice
We live in Phoenix and have very hard water filled with calcium. I have a water treatment device (not a true softener) that treats the water in our house and requires a prefilter. My previous prefilter sprung a leak and replaced it with a larger model. The filter it came with was 20 microns which was definitely not adequate for the sediment in our water. I found this one and decided to see if I could make all our water better. Our refrigerator ice was really bad and no one wanted to drink that water. With this prefilter, we have way less sediment coming through and our water is so much more clear. The visible water droplets that dry don’t have the white circles around them anymore. Best of all, our ice is clear and tastes good! I will be ordering only these from now on!

Best Filter I've Tried in 8 Years!
We have used a filtering system for over 8 years now. We live in a community with a water treatment system. It's not a complete filtering system and it also adds Chlorine. Yuk! In the beginning we used the Pentek FloPlus filters. They still go for $80 and up now on Amazon. Each time I replace a filter, I look for new alternatives. For instance, last time I found the Geekpure 20-Inch Big Blue Carbon Block Water Filter. It was close to 1/3 the price I was paying. It came with 5-star reviews. Why not! I usually know that a new filter is needed when the pressure drops. It didn't drop this time, but I looked to replace it after 10 months - a long time! This time I found this iSpring FC25B. It too was close to 1/3 the price of the Pentek with the greatest capacity of any other filter and the best promise of Chlorine removal. The pressure was great. There was not even a hint of chlorine or anything else. Great tasting water. That's what I'm looking for. Now, we'll see how long it lasts and the pressure keeps up. That's the final test. Installation is easy. Turn of water to filter. I keep bypass closed and water is directed only to outdoor hose hookup (so I can clean housing). Open any faucet in house to release pressure. Remove old filter and clean housing and install new filter. Change and lubricate O-ring (with vegetable grade lubricant). Screw housing back in "hand tight." Then with the housing wrench tighten a bit more. Finally, open valve to send water through the filter. It's usually about a 10-15 minute job.
