No more pain from Plantar Fasciitis
This product makes a huge difference in reducing discomfort and maintaining pain free walking from plantar fasciitis. It fits easily into shoes and I always make sure to have them for everyday wear as well as for travel.

Fixed my arch problem
PowerStep Pinnacle 3/4 Orthotic Insole fixed my problem. Very slight feeling of something under my arch but doesn't hurt compared to fixing the problem. Guess that's normal. Have to adapt to it. Thank you

I love the support these offer
I love the support these offer. When you feel them they feel like they will do nothing. They are not flexible and the padding does not seem significant. I was very skeptical when I put them in my shoes, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The cushion these offer for my heel and the arch support are great. I have worn arch supports since I was 20 (I'm now 50) so I have had my share of supports. A year ago I developed plantar fasciitis. I have been looking for something to put in my shoes to help with both conditions and these do it. My arches are not sore at the end of the day and my heel never bothers me with these on. As soon as I put them on I could feel the cushion on my heel. I am able to put them in flats and most heels. I know I should not wear heels but I am not ready to give up heels yet. This was my second pair. I wear a size 7 shoe and based on the guidance I bought a medium. They felt slightly different from my first pair and I attributed it to them being new. I finally looked at the size of the first pair and they are a small so my next pair will be a small. I use to wear a 6.5 and I have a narrow foot. I probably considered that when I bought the first pair. My daughter works part time in a restaurant as a server. She was home for the holidays and picked up some shifts. Her feet were killing her and I suggested she try these. She was skeptical and not impressed when she felt them. She loved them. She put them in her booties one night when she was going out and fell in love with them even more. She is trying to take them back to school. Because they are a little big (she wears an 8) for me I may give in.

Great Support
Very comfortable and supportive insoles. I use them in my casual shoes, and the 3/4 length design works great without taking up too much room. They provide really good arch support while still being comfortable to wear for extended periods. A great option for shoes that don't have enough space for a full-length orthotic.

Mixed feelings – Great brand, but these 3/4 insoles didn’t work for my tight shoes
I’m a big fan of PowerStep insoles and have been using their regular full-length Pinnacle insoles for years with excellent results for my plantar fasciitis and arch support. They’re comfortable, supportive, and clearly made with quality (love that they’re made in the USA). Because I have a pair of shoes that are just slightly too tight, I decided to try the PowerStep Pinnacle 3/4 Orthotic Insole hoping they would give me the arch support I need without taking up as much space in the toe box. Unfortunately, they didn’t solve the problem the way I had hoped. The good: Same high-quality materials and firm arch support you expect from PowerStep. Thinner profile in the forefoot compared to full-length insoles, which does give a little more room up front. Still provides decent heel cup and arch support. The not-so-good: They slid around quite a bit under my foot during walking, which made them uncomfortable and defeated the purpose of wearing them. Even though they’re 3/4 length, they still added enough bulk that my shoes felt tight in some areas. The slipping made my feet feel less stable instead of more supported. Overall, these might work great in shoes with a deeper toe box or if you use a little adhesive to keep them in place, but for my slightly tight shoes they just didn’t stay put. I’ll stick with the full-length PowerStep Pinnacle in my roomier shoes and keep looking for a better 3/4 option for my tighter pairs. If you have shoes that are only mildly tight and you don’t mind possibly adding some double-sided tape or heel grip, these could still be worth a try — especially if you already love the PowerStep brand like I do. Just be aware they may shift around.

These are a life saver!
I have been using these for several years now. I use them when playing pickleball twice a week and walking 2.5 miles each morning. They have given me more energy as well as eliminating the occasional aches I was getting in my knees and lower back. Definitely work the money!

Moderate Arch
I ordered because I needed a thinner insole than my regular orthotics for a new pair of boots without removable soles. These work for a moderate arch. I will try a higher arch next time.
