Sunny Health Fitness No. 072 3-in-1 Foam Plyo Box

Good

سهل الاستخدام

Although the outer vinyl is of good quality, the firm inner foam structure is not. Layers/slats of foam have been glued together. These pieces very quickly come apart and as a result, makes the box very unstable to use, esp on higher settings.

Nice n quality materials

The box is very sturdy and looks / feels nice and smooth. I have been practicing box jumps, on the lowest two levels for 2 weeks now, each morning - excellent moves to start the day! I bought it because of the low price and the (fully deserved) good reviews. Be aware that the box is, as intended, quite large (not very heavy) but at least you can also sit on it. Currently it sits outside on our terrace thanks to the nice summer weather. In the winter you would probably need to get a protective cover unless you kept it inside the house. The box is completely pre-assembled, including the foam cover, and I would certainly buy it again.

TRES BON POUR TRAVAILLER SA PLIOMETRIE BON AMORTI ET A L AIR COSTAUD

I'm a beginner box jumper here. Initially I was hesitant to spend this much money on just "a box to jump on" when I'm perfectly capable of building or buying a wooden one for a fraction of the cost. But, as I've practiced there have been multiple times I've missed the jump and came down full force on the edge with my shin. With this box I just shrug it off and go again, I don't even want to think what that would feel like on a solid wooden box. Quality seems good. I could see it being a little unstable on the 30 inch side so I may have to figure out a way to brace it when the time comes.
