Better than Bob's Red Mill
I had always used Bob's Red Mill brand. It was becoming more expensive for the amount I had started to use when I went gluten-free and low carb. I was hesitant to switch brands, BUT I am so glad I did. This is even better tasting than Bob's Red Mill, less expensive and in a sealed container. If you are on the fence about switching; take the gamble, I don't think you will be disappointed!

Paleo Waffle recipe
A teaspoon of this, another teaspoon of almond flour, a bit of baking powder, some raisins or a banana, and one egg. Mix and put in a waffle maker. Serve with the low calorie syrup and it's surprisingly good.

Coconut Flour
Good value for the money compared to other package stores. The one thing I have discovered that if you plan on using this product to bake cookies or bread you will need other ingredients to go with it to make the dough stick together. Was very fresh when delivered.

Good Coconut Flour
Good quality coconut flour. Very fine. But absorbs a lot of liquid so start with smaller amount, and add liquid accordingly. Very little coconut flavor. Great for keto dieters.
