Will it work to solder tin sheets, not wire?

I am not sure, it is supposed to clean copper wire for easy adhesion of lead.

Where can i get the safety data sheet (msds)?

The company that makes it will have the SDS (Newspeak for MSDS) available for you. UCalifornia generally has catalogued everything that has ever had a complaint or a suspicion of being not completely harmless

Does it work with lead solder? Is it conductive?

Yes it works with lead solder but this flux is meant for soldering electronics. If you are using 100% lead solder then you are likely using it for plumbing applications and therefore would want to use an acid paste flux.
