I found this to be an extremely good book with helpful information for beginners plus a good assortment of recipes at different skill levels. V Darling Cyprus

My husband and I just purchased the Ninja Foodi and got this cookbook as more of a teaching/learning tool than a recipe collection. The information is excellent and answered a lot of our questions about how to use the cooker. We especially like the tables at the back with cooking instructions for individual items. This allows us to wander further afield and not be restricted to the complete recipes. The only negative comment, and it's not really a negative, is that this book was written for the Foodi that came with a crisping basket. Our newer model doesn't have that feature, but we're figuring out how to use the crisper plate and overall we've had pretty good success. In our opinion, this book is definitely worth getting for people new to the Foodi.

I should have checked that this book uses American unit of measurement. Very frustrated to look up the metric equivalent at the back of the book.
