It made my course white frizzy hair soft and tamed. I really liked it but after about a week my scalp got red itchy bumps and quite a lot of hair started falling out. I have never been allergic to anything before, I have never had this happen before so the only thing I did different was to use this product. After I stopped using it the bumps and itching went away in about 2 weeks. It worked really good on my hair though and there are more positive reviews than negative ones.

The product arrived well-packaged and quickly. The jar was full. My hair felt the difference from the very first use. It works exactly as described—the longer you leave it on, the better the results. I really liked it. I recommend it. My hair is curly and prone to frizz; I use a cationic mask and dye my hair black. This product complements my routine very well.

I put the mask on and let it stay in overnight with a silk cap and a towel on my pillow. I shampooed it out in the morning. My hair feels stronger, healthier, smooth and soft. The package directions say to use 1x a week or for best results 2x a week. I plan on using this 2x a week as I liked the results with my first time use. I have a feeling that it will make my hair stronger, smoother the more I use it. I wish they would make a leave in deep conditioning hair mask, as I only wash my hair once a week because its SO dry. I am 61 yrs old, going almost white in front and salt and pepper in the back. I used to foil my hair back in 2020, then stopped and let it all grow in naturally. The white on me actually looks platinum my hairdresser said and it is on trend now, many people want your color she said. The only problem with growing older is the dryness and courseness of my whites and greys...continuous flyaways, frizz and split ends...ugh. Then I tried this mask...its a game changer. For the first time in a long time it feels alive, less flyaways, less frizz, less split ends, less coarseness. It's smooth, soft and it swings, it's bouncy after I use this. Feels so healthy! I'm in love with the way my hair feels again, just like when I was younger! This is youth in a jar for your dry, brittle, damaged, coarse, bleached or aging mature white/grey dry hair! I definitely recommend this product! :) Now if I can only find a miracle skin cream for my aging dry skin that firms and lifts and reduces sun spots. Lol I do take Vital Proteins Collagen powder daily and that does help with my hair, skin, nails and joints. My hair and nails grow so fast! I have been reading up on the benefits of copper peptides for the skin, and may purchase a product called Mirror Skin, lots of good reviews. Only problem is, it can't be mixed with retinol or vitamin c....the two products I currently use. Vitamin c by day, retinol at night, plus a good moisturizer. Who says we have to grow old gracefully? lol

I love this product. It leaves my hair super soft! Ideally is to use it at least once a week and I try to keep it in overnight … but even a few hours helps.

I really wanted to like this hair mask, but unfortunately it ended up damaging my hair even more instead of improving it. After using it, my hair felt drier and less healthy than before, which was disappointing considering it’s supposed to help repair damaged hair. The application process was also way too much work for me. First you have to wash your hair normally, then apply the mask to damp hair, leave it on for 10 minutes or even overnight, and then rinse everything out again. It felt like such a hassle for very little payoff. The only thing I truly liked was the scent. It smelled pleasant and made the experience a little more enjoyable. But overall, I barely used it because of the results and the extra steps involved. In fact, I still have about half the jar left even after owning it for a couple of years.

It is very good and deep conditioner for dry, damaged hair. My hair was so damaged, course with a split ends. After second time use, look back to normal, soft and shine. Definitely will order again.

Je suis pas du genre à mettre des commentaires. Mais la je me le dois ! Depuis OCTOBRE, donc 4 mois ! Mes cheveux sont MORT, après une couleur chez le coiffeur. Malgré avoir couper 5cm, c’est revenu ensuite ! Avant de TOUT couper, j’ai décider de tenter le tout pour le tout. En prenant la gamme REDKEN, et ce soin/masque. Premier essaie, ça fait 3 jours, mes cheveux n’ont pas bouger ! Pas UN cheveu sec ! Donc si comme moi vous êtes au fond du trou, des cheveux plus secs que jamais , RIEN n’y fait, foncez !!

I have been using a similar product in the past, with mixed results. Then I discovered this one and am absolutely convinced! Not only does it wonders for my hair (which doesn't take to bleaching very well...) but also comes at half the price. I use it about once a week and -at long last- my hair is soft again and no longer brittle. I absolutely love it! As an aside, the leaflet that comes with it suggests you may well keep using your own preferred shampoo and conditioner - which I found sweet and prompted me to immediately order both their shampoo and conditioner, which are just as good. For as long as I keep dying my hair I will also keep using their products.
