AMAZING FOR HEALTHY COOKING
This is a wonderful product and works seamlessly. Perfect grilling with almost zero oil/fat, best for the ones looking for Healthy cooking. It has a control knob to adjust the heat, don't go by the answers in the QA section because that is not for this product. The lid is not fixed, it is removable and is quite useful for retaining the juices. Easy and clean cooking. I noticed that it has an auto-off function, probably when the temp goes up a certain level which is very useful to ensure safety and not allow any fire. The heat is uniform all over the plate. So far, Happy with this product and definitely Recommend it.

Lost money. Doesn't provide enough temperature to properly cook the right steaks. Can only be used for cooking vegetables.

It is a good product .. through when it get heated up out of sudden it cools down and I need to switch it off and then switch it on again

It's not practical
Turns off every 1 minute, I couldn't even cook anything, let alone a veggie This is incredibly bad coming from a big company name like Tefal, either this model is horrible or my product came out defected, I received the box in the not best condition btw, so this really makes it suspicious that it was used & i got a second hand used product, instead of new, don't really recommend, don't let the discount price tricks you
