Are the ingredients including vitamin c, non gmo? what is the source of the vitamin c?

We regret this product is not listed as non-gmo and Now Food has not provided us with the source of the Vitamin C.

Did anyone see good results with this supplement that only took 1 or 2 capsules a day instead of the recommended 3?

I have been taking 2 a day for a couple years now and my hair and nails have grown. I wouldn’t say they make your hair and nails stronger or thicker though.

What does folate as folic acid mean? I can only use products with folate in it not "folic acid."

The FDA requires labels to list all folates as folic acid. This is actual folic acid, not methylfolate. It is debatable whether one can live if they cannot metabolize folic acid, as that form of the vitamin is the end result of digesting foods containing methylfolates (our bodies then re-methylate it) and DNA production requires folates, as does proper fetal development. Health authorities, such as the NIH, have reported that folic acid works nearly as well as methylfolate even for those with genetic variations in the MTHFR enzyme.

Yes. I will buy it again because: (1) it is in capsule form; and (2) I can actually feel the niacin content, and my skin looks brighter with ingestion of supplemental niacin.
