No, this is a POE splitter, it separate the power and network at terminal, so Non-POE device can have power and network from POE switch. The RJ45 input port needs to connect POE switch, so the POE splitter can get POE function from POE switch. The RJ45 output port and DC output port need connect the Non-POE device, the POE splitter will transmit power supply in DC port and network in RJ45 port.

What is the maximum ethernet speed supported? The RJ45 plug images shows only 4 conductors that limits the cable to fast ethernet not gigabit ethernet

Does this plug directly in the router to take power? Or it needs 220v plug?
