What would be best to get for someone who smokes about a pack a day?

I myself used the lonzenges and have been completely smoke free for almost 2 years now. The lonzenges work if your are really serious about quitting. I refused to buy cigarettes anymore, so it worked for me. You can do it if I could I was a 30 some odd year smoker, and I feel so much better now

do these taste identical to the 2mg?
