Great to have on hand
This helped save me when I was in a pinch and couldn't get to the doctor quick enough when I had a UTI. It helped hold me over on the weekend until I was able to see my doctor and get the right medicine. I wouldn't use it daily or as a substitute for antibiotics but it provides some relief until you can see your doctor.

Not for sensitive guts
I love regular Ural, and I thought it would work even better with cranberry in it. Unfortunately, this irritated my digestive tract pretty badly. Works great for my wife though
