Really amazing invention! Works so well for people like me who get really waxy ears and doctors are reluctant to help. Can totally see into you own ear canal safely. So great if you have children who put things in their ears too! Ordered this as I did not want to pay extortionate prices to have wax removed. Very easy to connect to phone and the camera is very clear. The tips make it easy to remove excess wax and cleaning is simple. Would highly recommend this.

Received this product yesterday, and my wife used it on myself, she said that it was very clear and could see all the building up of ear wax, so this scope was well worth while as my wife was able to clean the areas easily, nice presentation box, fairy heavy, only downside no batteries included, but too be honest it’s not a deal breaker. I personally believe this would be a good asset for anyone who has young children, as they sometimes stick things in their ears. Excellant quality, good price 👍👍

As a District Nurse I wanted my own Otoscope rather than having to share an ear irrigation kit bag, I wanted the ability to inspect ears if it popped up on a general visit. This is perfect for that. Quality is good, I liked that I could pick a colour, I chose purple, it doesn't look as professional as say black (in hindsight I should have known as I always tend to pick purple for these things) it's because of the plastic, but that's my issue. My colleagues were all impressed when I produced this in the office and they all wanted ear examinations and to test it out! Comes just as pictured, lovely hard case, the tips are all different sizes. The only thing is I haven't figured out et is which tips to order to go with it ( perhaps that could be a suggestion to the seller to identify these) BUT the ones that are ordered through our supplies for the trust owned Otoscopes fit (bonus). I have removed the tips supplied with it to use for my personal use as it was a shame to use them in practice once and throw them! And I have replaced them with the ones through suppliers. All in all a good purchase and I would purchase again. This review is a little while later as I am one of those people who like to use something for a while in order to review it properly but I don't recall delivery being delayed or having to wait a long time for it.

Item arrived as promised. Yes it's cheap compared with what a professional might use but it works perfectly well and makes it easy to see if the eardrums are clear of wax. Much more convenient that making appointments at the chemists for a quick check up with I have to do frequently as a hearing aid user.

My old workhorse Heine otoscope finally gave up the ghost after many years of faithful service so I needed to get another fairly quickly, and at a price I could afford. I spent days looking at different options, reading reviews, working out what to get, and eventually settled on this model. It arrived quickly, looks the part (I went for the blue one) and fitted all my Heine specula which was a major plus from my perspective. To start with it was great, nice light, on/off button doesn't slip so it doesn't accidentally switch on whilst moving around in my bag. I was a very happy bunny. Two weeks further on, and given that I don't use it every day, I was disappointed when the light didn't come on when I switched it on. I jiggled the head a bit and it lit up. And switched off pretty much immediately. Jiggle, jiggle, and it switched on and I was able to use it. But since that point it has been very much the same story every time I try to use it. It's not great when you are out and about and not knowing whether you'll be able to do your job or not. It might look the part but just doesn't cut the mustard. If the return window hadn't closed already, it would be back in the post as fast as I could have put it back in its box. Can I recommend the product - NO. Absolutely not.

These seem to come in 3 price brackets currently. £10ish, £25-40ish and then £250+. We've had the cheapest before and out bunnies just bit through the ends with ease. This one they've chomied on but it's suffered not damage. Image is clear and does the job. Obviously if you want a high end product you'd have to shell out for the high end price but this one is great for what it is.

Useful piece of equipment for visual examination of ears. Exactly as described. Easy to clean.

Ottimo otoscopio

Acquistato per uso casalingo. Questo otoscopio è simile a quello usato dai medici, utilissimo da tenere in casa. Super consigliato !
