يزيد عملية التعرق اثناء التمارين وبالتالي يزيد حرق الدهون تم شراؤه مرتين.. تنبيه فقط يجب اخذه قبل الجم او القيام بمجهود عالي لانه يوفر لك طاقة اضافية من حرق الدهون.. لا انصح باخذه اذا لم تقم بمجهود يزيد ضربات القلب طبيعيا اثناء التمرين

طعمه حلو وبيعطي طاقة استخدمته شهر كل مرة قبل التمرين بنص ساعه كان يعيطيني طاقه وحسن نسبه الدهون وزدت عضلات لكن مكررتوش تاني لان له اعراض جانبيه زي السهر ما كنت انام بسبب اني اخاده الساعه ٦ المغرب وايضا سببلي الم ف المعده

وزني ثابت ماتغير شيء يمكن تحتاج تستخدمها فترة طويلة طعمها حلو قريب من الهستوب الافضل تشربها على الريق بالصباح الباكر ولاحظت انها تسهر اللي يبغى ينام مبكر لايأخذها بعد الظهر
