Incompatible for use in the UK
It is misleading for Amazon UK to sell this product as it is unfit for use in the UK.Although a well-made product, it comes with a fixed 120vac (and no 240vac option) power supply with US flat pins, though the unit will function if three AA batteries are fitted.As for Time Zones, American ONLY. There are no GMT nor UTC settings. It is also very unlikely that thisunit will receive the standard UK Rugby Time clock signal. Regretably it is for these reasons I am returning this item.

120 volt item cannot be used in UK!
Unfortunately, Amazon did not prevent my purchasing this device in the UK. The power supply provided is 120 volt/60 Hz with US plug and therefore it cannot be used here. I'm sure it's a very good item if I could use it, but since I can't, it gets 1 star on all counts. I see several other reviewers have had the same issue, so evidently this is a systemic problem either with Amazon, or with this specific vendor inappropriately selling incompatible devices into the UK market. No doubt Amazon will deny this is their mistake so I will be out of pocket Ā£20.85 on the postage. Note the return address is Indiana rather than a UK address, hence the high cost of return.

Not suitable for UK. US power supply died when plugged into UK mains
This weather station is only for the US domestic market as it only has US timezones. There is no UTC, GMT or BST time zones. Unsurprisingly the power pack has US pins on it, so required an adaptor to plug it in. Unfortunately the unit only ran for about an hour before it died. The final nail in the coffin is it turns out the power pack is only rated for 120V (US), so it is no surprise that the unit died. I am returning it. It's a shame, as the unit itself looked good.Please don't buy unless you are in the US.

110 volt plug wont work in the uk also usa fitting requires an adaoter
The unit was supplied with a usa 110 volt plug no adapter,bought amazon adapter but wrong voltage uk 240 volt so it is currently not working off the mains power source.only works off batteries.Batteries not included

Back light not working
Sadly having to return this. Bought as gift for elderly parents. Though large figures, back light not working so unable to see clearly. Unable to use mains power as plug not compatible with UK voltage.
