Good addition to normal exercise routine
I have used it for sometime now. It is a good addition to normal exercise routine. Especially on those days you do not want to follow rigorous exercise routine.

約一時間で組み立てられたので、届いた日から使えた。説明書はやはり英語版だったので解読は皆無でしたが図解書で理解できました。最初は手足の動きにコツがいりました。しかしながらコツを覚えるとなんとか出来ました。付属品のメーター器はカウント数が使う度に上書きされるので運動の励みになりそうです。置き場所も一畳分要らないくらいです。

The set up description in the manual was a bit confusing initially but This was very easy to set up. Only 8 simple steps! I’m using the Sunny fit app and their YouTube videos for my workouts. It’s so much more than a squat machine. Arms, back and chest too! If you want an all in one equipment to use at home, don’t sleep on this one.
