Perfect size for portion CONTROL.... Another must buy
Hello, Thanks for checking out another one of my reviews!!!! As with most moms/dads, I purchased this as the next step to the baby bowl. As with Dr. Browns or Dr. Sears, the portions are really for a newborn/infant. Nothing a TODDLER could use. These are PERFECT, for 2-6 year old toddlers, the bowls hold a cup and and a half of food. Which is more than enough for children's portions. In fact, it's better for us grown ups that could stand to lose a few pounds. I use the bowls for cold milk and cereal bowls, and for warmed oat meal. It's perfect for yogurt and fruit. It can hold an adult dinner serving of MAC/CHEESE. Or or to use as a side bowl for salad, with the kids. I also have the 3 partition, dinner plates, which are my only plates for my two toddlers ( ages 3 and 4). And I recently added the replay sippy cups and forks/spoons. So the bowls are an addition,to my kids having their own dinnerware. Aedan has the green, and Akira has the pinks, Which are perfect for kids to identify their meals, and know who's who. Especially, if one eats onions and one does not. I will say, they wash fairly well, given the material. I would NOT use with PASTA WITH TOMATO SAUCE, as this, like most plastic/paper derivatives, starts to stain and smell up. ALSO, DO NOT PUT IN MICROWAVE. So prep foods, and then serve in the RE-PLAY dishware. It has a chunky and kid-friendly size and rims, so little hands can hold on to the bowls, and carry to their table. The bright and inviting colors, allows distinction from the grown up dinnerware, so my little ones, know that whatever is in the bowl is for them- only. Overall, a great value, and NICE, AFFORDABLE dinnerware collection. I would rank this an 8, on the must buy list for TODDLERS. Along with the Brica Child Harness BRICA By-My-Side Safety Harness Backpack, Pink , Nexcare Nexcare 524560 Basal Digital Thermometer , and the Little Tikes Picnic table Little Tikes Easy Store Picnic Table with Umbrella , i use it indoors Minus the umbrella, as the kids's dinner table.

Tiny Terror-proof and great for portioning meals.
As a fan of this company for at least six years now, having bowls and portion plates from a 7yr old's toddler years that look and preform like brand new after years of use now going to his tiny toddler brother who is chewer and brawler, I figured it was time to write up my first Amazon review. Firstly I'll get the obvious out of the way with any use of plastic based dishware: Saucy Mess: - If any type of potentially known staining sauce is going into the dish, soak that bad boy or make sure it goes into the wash the night of to avoid staining. While I've never had issues with staining in Replay's products, it's a common sense no brainer. The ol' ounce of prevention bit. A Step in the Right Direction for the Future: - First thing that caught my eye (besides the simple clean design and practicality of Replay's products) was that they are all created using recycled milk jugs saving millions from ending up in landfills (that would contribute to methane production) and the various garbage patches in our world's oceans. Americans go through tons of milk jugs every year, especially families with small children due to dietary needs of our little ones. Climate change is affecting every community and ecosystem world over regardless of misinformation from the smooth brains burying their heads in the sand that is below the rising sea level (because they simply refuse not to double down on their small mindedness). Clutter reduction: -Nice, neat lock to together. Perfect for clutter reduction and shatterproof if dropped. No matter the family or kitchen size, these buggers are survivors of clumsy fingers while saving on that awkward, bulky space hogging mess that (while at times charming due to variety) the mix and matched accumulation of dishware can make finding what you need heck. Let's be real here over the years cupboards and cabinets get crammed with mix and matched pieces of various dish sets as things inevitably get broken because family and sos break them when we're not the ones doing dishes on a given night. As with many ceramics and earthenware sets out there with a more 'adult' oriented look, Replay's dishes are designed with the deep-dish sort of raised edges to help avoid spillage and to stack compactly. Lightweight: -These products were initially created for kids. Therefore, they are super lightweight yet sturdy. Tiny hands of newbie self-feeders need light weight dishware and cutlery to practice with before moving on to the big leagues, folks. Durability: -These (and older ones purchased for 7yr old when he was a toddler) are strong! Toddler has been chewing on the plate edges and the matching spoons and forks, no plastic shredding or depressions from teeth. The products I've introduced from Replay to these two to use they are proving worth the investment. Any thrifty, frugal person I'm sure can attest that when making a purchase of such things as dishware it's an investment, new ceramics and/or earthenware is expensive for quality products. Children tend to break things whether by accident or intent, these are kid proof. Family Safe, BPA Free, US Company: - From the above I'm sure folks have gathered for themselves these are family safe and BPA free (Otherwise I wouldn't be using them). Replay is a small family-owned US company which, these days especially, our family aims to make purchases of quality products from US based companies (with products made in the US!) when products are great quality to help promote the economy on the home front especially so since COVID hit the world. Possible Improvements: - While this product is indeed aimed at use for children and families with small children, there is a market for affordable, durable and well designed, eco-conscious products for everyone big and small. - I would personally love to see some neutral and earthtone colors with flatware and bowls aimed at an adult demographic. Maybe a potbelly style mug with three little cauldron style legs for Halloween style fun. - Did notice a meal set with bowl/plate/cutlery that had a silicone covering. Could those silicone covers be made available separately for the various sized products those with existing dishes from the company? Will call it here as I've written more than intended. Hope it helps others and should the company see this and gets inspired, win win!

Great size for BABY and TODDLER meals and snacks
PROs: - high-quality (holding up great after countless runs in the dishwasher) - safe, recycled plastic (free of BPA, Phthalate, PVC & Melamine + FDA approved) - stackable - dishwasher safe CONs: - not microwave safe (not a big issue for us, but would be nice) We love these bowls just as much as the other RePlay items we own (divided plates & flat plates). They are the perfect size for most anything we don't serve on a plate — cereal, cut fruit, soup... The deep sides make it easy for our children (1 and 3 years old) to get the food out and the large flat bottom prevents the bowl from being tippy, which minimizes spills. It's great that you can pick from so many different colored sets, so these even complement our regular dinnerware without sticking out like a sore thumb when the table is set. I'm about to order another set as my baby is starting to join in on more table food and we go through these three bowl easily over the course of one day. It's not a huge issue, but I do wish these were microwave safe so that I could heat baby food in these as well — it's hard to find the right size bowls for my 1-year-old's current portion size when it comes to purees, and these would be just perfect. Still my favorite bowls for my baby and toddler's meals and snacks, wholeheartedly recommend!

Couldn’t ask for more.
Perfect snack bowl or cereal bowl. Fit well in the cupboards together. And dishwasher safe.

Nice and sturdy
Nice bowls. Easy to use and clean. I just don’t like how easily they stain…mostly the white plate. I can’t get the stains off.

We REALLY LIKE Re Play Toddler Dinnerware!
I have purchased sippy cups, bowls, forks and spoons, as well as the divided plates from Re-Play. The choices of colors are great, and as a School Psychologist, I REALLY APPRECIATE the fact that they have no additional garish and overstimulating colors or cartoon characters on them! Best of all, my grandson loves them! He’s been using Re Play since he could hold a spoon, and at three, he’s still enjoying them. I added his light green ones on the table for him on Christmas Day, as I try to keep his dinner service like everyone else’s. (He laughed at the napkin I tucked in his sippy cup!) These cups, spoons, forks, bowls and divided plates are perfect for little hands, are completely dishwasher safe, and food can be warmed up in them in the microwave! I, personally, love the fact that they are made of recycled plastic, and are durable enough so that my sister uses the large bowls for adult snacks and the kids have passed them down. They don’t scratch easily and still look great after many uses.
