I LOVE this cream and it gets 100.% on Yuka! It makes me feel good to know what I am putting on my skin and giving to my family to use is good for us. It smells great, and it works well. Whst else could I ask for?

I have used this Amazing Lotion for 3 years. The smell is so light but exciting, it makes your skin feel so soft and moisturized. My friends always ask what I use on my legs? they look healthy even glowing! Now 3 ladies I know use this too. You will not be disappointed. It’s love at first touch.The ingredients are safe and nourishing it’s not heavy or greasy, it’s perfect.By the way I’m 61 years old and most of my friends are younger then me☺️Thank you, Misti

The best lotion! Leaves skin so soft and absorbs nicely. The smell is wonderful muted orange with hint of vanilla. Only downside is the wonderful smell does not stay very long.

I LOVE ANDALOU PRODUCTS BUT THIS ONE DID CARE FOR SMELL

It smells like a Creamsicle and is very lightweight but a good moisturizer. I will definitely be buying again and trying other products from Andalou Naturals!

Somebody in this company has no idea how to run product development. They are slowly destroying every single one of the products. I've been a loyal customer for many years, like many others, and over the last couple of years, multiple products have been ruined by new formulas. Check out the 1 star reviews here and on the Andalou website. So many loyal customers are mad, myself included. The vanilla mandarin lotion was my number 1 favorite of all time (of any brand), and I've gone through probably over 50 or 60 tubes of it. Last summer (summer 2023), the formula changed (it was much worse, a bad texture and smell, and filled with extra preservatives and allergens), and I was crushed. I wrote the below review at that time. A few months later, I noticed they changed it back to the original formula! I couldn't believe my eyes and started using it again, absolutely elated. Just now (fall 2024) I bought a new tube and they have changed it yet again! Why? Why would you "fix" something that isn't broken? While the new texture and smell are similar to the original (unlike the first reformulation, which was an abomination), it can't begin to compare to how the old one made my skin look - like glowing, lit-from-within silk. The new formula also has phenoxyethanol and sodium benzoate (two preservatives that I don't want to put on my body), and added fragrance. Whoever is running the company now is making the worst decisions. For any loyal customers, you're probably also familiar with the old 1000 roses day facial cream. It was a masterpiece and made your makeup lay perfectly on top. They changed the formula to some gloopy, slimy, clumpy mess that looks like curdled milk, and there are soooo many 1 star reviews now. The 1000 roses body lotion was also reformulated and I don't use it anymore. The body butters have also been reformulated. It's truly sad what they're doing to what was a uniquely wonderful line of products. If anyone has any recommendations to replace reformulated Andalou products, please post them in your reviews and I will do the same here. ----- OLD review for the 1st reformulation (the attached pics are from that review) - summer 2023: I’ve been a religious user of this lotion for over 6 years. The vanilla orange one specifically was THE most perfect lotion I had ever encountered in my life, without exaggeration. It was an anti-aging MIRACLE. Although it’s sold as a body lotion, I used it as a face lotion and it was absolutely perfect in every way. Clean formula, didn’t break me out, visibly reduced my fine lines and wrinkles, absorbed perfectly and gave me a gorgeous glow, smelled like heaven, was light but completely nourishing, and was also the most wonderful body lotion for warmer weather. Honestly a flawless product in every way. High-end products couldn’t even begin to compare to this gem. I just absent-mindedly opened a new bottle and my heart completely sank when I felt the new texture and smell (both now much worse). Whereas the smell before was addictive, natural, and refreshing, now it has a strong undertone of plastic. The texture used to be a beautiful, light, silky serum, allowing you to spread it gently without tugging your skin. Now it’s like a thicker paste that makes you tug on your skin to really rub it in. I looked at the ingredients and the formula is completely different. I'm not putting this on my body again. It is now filled with multiple disgusting preservatives and essential oil components that are aggravating to many people’s skin conditions and allergies: potassium sorbate, benzyl alcohol, sodium benzoate, potassium hydroxide, citral, limonene. Also, the old bottle says good for 12 months after opening, and the new one says good for 6 months. So they ruined the formula, added more preservatives, and the period it’s good for is now SHORTER? What a tragic loss. Companies always, without fail, ruin a good thing, but I was hoping Andalou would hold out for longer. If the other lotions I use from this brand also follow suit, I’ll sadly no longer be a customer at all. We had a good run, Andalou. I'm truly broken-hearted, but I'll move on to another brand. It’ll be so hard to find a replacement, and I'm beyond sad. In the photo I've included, the old formula is on the left and the new one is on the right.

I bought the mandarin orange lotion mainly for the scent; I love the smell of oranges and this lotion's fragrance did not disappoint. I was surprised to read the ingredients and see that the scent is made from natural ingredients, not an added perfume or artificial fragrance. It's not an overpowering or strong or heavy scent, just light and fresh and subtly sweet. To me it smells like an orange-flavoured candy. As for the lotion itself, it's good too. Feels moisturizing and once it soaks in it's not greasy. I'll probably keep purchasing this!

I absolutely love the fragrance of this lotion. I bought it because it is one that the EWG recommend as being free of irritating chemicals and I couldn’t be more pleased. I will definitely be purchasing again

Smells nice but not so moisturizing - The skin doesnt feel nourished after applying this cream. It smells very nice but it doesnt last long.
