Everytime!!! A hearty, healthy, tasting bread. It never disappoints. Great for those European style cucumber or tomato sandwiches. Nice Prosciutto, maybe? Last pack I had included pumpernickel, that was rather crumbly. Grocery stores in my area don't carry this type of bread anymore.

Great bread but so pricey

I like this bread because it’s high in fiber, and has no chemical ingredients. Sealed in its packaging it has a long shelf life. That said, it may not appeal to everyone. You must eat it within a few days of opening the package because it dries out very quickly.

I love this bread! Especially being on a health journey and having digestive issues. I bought the 3 pack out of the 3 flavors the Rye bread and Sunflower was good because it was more firm did not crumble, very good toasted. But the Fitness bread in pack broke apart no matter what I did, flavor was there but it was crumbly even toasted.

Terrible !! I’ve been eating the spread for years. Cut it opened and it’s completely crumbled. On on my second loaf. First one grew mold in two days and it was refrigerated.

This is a hearty bread! I eat it like it is eaten in Europe, open faced. It is filling!

Traveled to Germany several dozen times in 35 years and had this style of bread is on every breakfast buffet everywhere. The way I prefer it here is to cut a slice in half across its length and toast each half three times on the toaster's high setting. Don't worry, it's too moist to burn, but you will add a nice crunchy texture to it. Slice up an entire half of a Hass avocado and place the slices evenly on the two toasted pieces. Be sure to coarse grind some Himalayan or sea salt to taste and enjoy a wonderful alternative to to a typical American breakfast. I eat two full slices with a whole sliced avocado every morning without fail and am not hungry until lunch as the fat from the avocado provides satiety along with the fiber from the bread. Buy this product with the utmost confidence.

The bread is very dry and tears easily and it lacks flavor for me.its not the size of sliced bread.its rectangle.but it's just one opinion,(mine) others may enjoy it.try fir yourself.
