Worth the extra money to get gold plated connectors. Fit my DECT 25 yr old Panasonic, pricy at the time, female jack in the back multi-feature unit , like very well easy to use. I bet when people call with hard to her voices, this will sharpen the clarity. Solid product for sure and will stand long term abuse and tugging.

Came in flawless condition. Packaged very well. Zero defects.The 2.5” extension is actually a double ended male short cord. This gives you many opportunities for different configurations.You have a female splitter and a short double ended male cord.

Thank goodness! I tried some other units with longer cords (like 5-5.5") and they all induced a delay in passing along rings to attached devices. This one, with a 2" cord, works as I hoped it would. I cannot say if the cord length was the cause of the problem. But there isn't that much going on in these. So I guessed that might be it. So far, so good!

I liked that the splitter came in two parts with the splitter and cord as separate parts. That makes it easier to use a longer telephone cord if needed.
