Not much to say, its steel, its square tube, its the advertised size. My daughter's big dog still thinks he's a puppy and tried to jump into my wife's lap while the recliner was reclined. His giant self landed right on the corner of the foot rest and managed to break the square tube that lest the recliner motor raise the footrest. So ordered this tube, drilled a few holes, and an hour later saved myself $1000 not having to buy a new recliner.

Not much to say. It's a steel tube. I'm using it to raise the yarn guide on my Circular Sock Knitting Machine. It does the trick nicely.
