The product received well before the expected delivery date. Product was well packed. On opening the package when tried to put the batteries in it, the back cover didn't open to allow putting in the new batteries in it. When tried to order replacement the site immediately accepted replacement and started processing it. The quality of the product can be reviewed only after using it, but the delivery and replacement procedure was very efficient. Accordingly the product should also be efficient.

Ordered RC802V i.e voice remote. Cheap quality replacement remote, power button was not working on arrival. Tried to un pair and pair again also. Please note the orignal remote has two working modes i.e IR and Bluetooth both. This replacement remote only has bluetooth. Sadly there is no refund option available so have to order a replacement.

Voice assistant will not work however other button working perfectly... Quality is decent, value for money. Fit in your budget

Mic is not working, Look n feel is not up to the mark, button alignment is not good. Over all good to use as proxy.

overall good remote and worth it for this price, there are no batteries by itself you have to put it yourself and the back case is hard to open so pull the case from every side then it will become openable afterwards, and the remote is overly good for this price, it might lag a bit sometimes but okayy.

Does what it's supposed to do without bluetooth and voice command. Though not high-quality materials like original, but looks exactly like the original with LOGO and all.

This is the most advanced TV remote made with the technology to reduce your screen time. It is so strongly built that opening the back case and putting batteries was equivalent to a work out session. The buttons are so hard to press that your grip strength and forearms develop in few days. Since it is designed to reduce screen time, it will work randomly giving you so much frustration that you'll go back to reading books. Last but not least it is still under warranty, but getting a product support is like watching a Nolan movie. By the time you figure out, the one month warranty will be over. If few hundred bucks is not a deal for you, I would highly recommend this product aka life experience.

I had lost my remote of my iFFalcon TV while shifting and I was using mobile app to operate it over wifi and was struggling. This remote was a life saver. Just put the batteries and it started working and almost all the necessary functions are working.. mic option is not there... But we hardly used it.. so no worries.
