In what country it’s made?

It says: "product of China, packaged in the USA" - hope that helps.

Does xylitol caramelize and brown wit the flavor and texture of sugar in baking?

It cannot caramelize and does tend to bake/cook/burn faster than sugar, so be sure to at least start checking what you are baking at half the normal time. It also absorbs more liquid, so add extra liquid... yogurt usually works well!

when I order this wil I get 3- 16oz bags for 19.99 or 3bags that equal 16oz for 19.99?

You get 3 bags-16 oz/ bag. Mark. Herbalishous. Wayne, PA

If this is Xylitol, then why does the description say "Stevia rebaudiana". Stevia is different.

Can you please tell me where you saw stevia listed. I do not see it anywhere on the label. The ingredients say Xylitol.
