Hi Carmen, I'm on my 3rd bottle and haven't seen any improvement s on my nails or hsir. But it's good so I'll keep taking them. I also use coconut oil to cook with. My overall health is good. So try them. Thanks, Marty

I suspect they are all big. If you want coconut nut oil, you might consider one of the liquids. I don't about the taste. I'm sure if you read the buyers' reviews on the liquids that would be helpful. Good luck.

Hello I've been taking these for 3weeks now and I am absolutely blown away by what they have done for me. I am a dog groomer and have suffered with arthritis in my hands and shoulders for the last few years. I read an article about how coconut oil has anti inflammatory benefits so I thought I would give them a a go. After 2 weeks of taking these capsules I can honestly say that I have more movement in my hands and NO pain in my joints. Anyone suffering from aching joints especially arthritis do give them a go I am never going to stop taking them better than any ibuprofen. Ps also made my skin look healthy
