Worst item ever
This is my Worst experience ever on Amazon , i always read about any item before I buy. But for this item, I spent even more time to research on YouTube and everywhere. No one said that this is a bad door lock. So I bought it.It was easy to install, after a week the lock stopped working , the handle didn't move to the right or left.No connection to the getway, so I had to remove it and reinstall again . It worked for more 2 days and again it stopped working. We just removed it.We were really lucky twice, that the door was open when the lock stopped working.I don't recommend this smart key at all. If the door was closed and the lock stopped working then there is no way to open the door. I usually don't write any bad reviews but for this not smart key, I am happy to write.

Functioning well, VERY POOR app!!
Disappointing!! First of all the installation is not that easy as it seems, it requires attention small details, it took time but evantually I was able to install it. Secondly, lots of UN-Smart details noted:1- The new battery appeared on the app as 50% charge!2- The app layout and look is sooo poor and old fashioned and not that user friendly3- the entries log is not synced properly. Not all unlock history is appeared on the app which considered a huge deficiency.4- I know this is a Bluetooth device but the app does not force auto synchronisation with the lock once the phone get close to the device so there is no notification comes directly to the phone to notify the unlock entries.5- why the batteries are installed from outside!6- for the access cards you can't delete the card remotly the curd needs to be physically exist so you can delete it this is huge deficiency as the card could be stolen engine need to remove it!Overall the device working properly and there is no issue in the locking and unlocking however multiple improvements should be done at least on the app.
