I have been struggling with severe stress and anxiety for a while now and have always hated pharmaceuticals. I have also known about this herb for years and have always put off buying it. Ordered 8/2/26 and it came the following morning. I started it that same morning and after a few hrs believe it or not I could tell the difference. I took one in the night and slept the best I have in a very long time. It’s been only a few days and I am able to remain calm and my anxiety is way less. Within 4 days of taking the supplement I feel much more calm in situations I would usually not be so calm in, don’t take on an empty stomach as it could make you feel uneasy, but this is the only supplement/medication I take at all and so far it’s been working nicely. It takes 4-8 weeks to have effects but if you have super high cortisol/anxiety you could feel the effects sooner as I did.
