It's very good for me as a beginner... enjoying it while shooting videos..still more to learn

Overall, the built of product is nice. Case comes with the product which is nice to keep it safe and dust free Actually my expectation was very high. And it just didn't met my high expectations. I would say 2 axis gimbal isnt easy to operate. Overall its not that outstanding one which i thought of on the first place.

- Great build quality - Battery lasts a good amount - Portable size and USB c . - App is awful with glitches, you cannot use the phone specs for shooting via the app. - It is a SELFIE STICK with a gimble.

I didn't use the Zhiyun Smooth X Gimbal since my purchase till my travel on July 24th 2021, I kept it for my future journey to Europe, now when I tried to connect the device to my phone I was not able to activate it. I have contacted Zhiyun with a screenshot of the serial number of with zeros for help, they have answered me that the Zhiyun Smooth X gimbal S/N info is missing, so it can't be activated or operate it with the Zhiyun app. They have asked me to contact the supplier for replacement. Waiting for a reply from the supplier. Till today AUg 27th 2022, the supplier has not contacted me to solve the problem !?

Not for professional use. Very hard to use. Gimbal not even stable.

The product was good in built quality and looks great. But first of all you have to activate via aplication and in aplication i am not able to link this device its keep saying try again, connecting faild. I have try on another mobile phone as well but no result so at the end i return this item. Hope my review will help some one not to waste your time and money

This is worth full and the only lagging, it doesn’t have the option for 3 axis but it has stick for selfie. Recommended to all !

Perfekt für schnelle Aufnahmen, die schön stabil aussehen. Akkulaufzeit ist wunderbar, Funktional gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Das einzig Bemängelbare ist, dass man eine chinesische App für bestimmte Funktionen herunterladen und sich anmelden muss. Kann man auch lassen, wenn man mir den Basisfunktionen zufrieden ist. Es gibt einen aufschraubbaren Dreifuß, der ebenso nützlich ist. Eine kompakte Reisetasche ist auch enthalten. Alles in Allem, ein sehr gutes Produkt.

Un excelente producto a un buen precio. El tamaño lo recompensa todo. La app que utiliza falla para el registro, no envía el mail para obtener el código de acceso, opté por sms. Una vez que lo haz activado funciona de maravilla. Lo recomiendo!!
