This is not rocket science ... it's a pitcher and a tamper. The pitcher is stainless steel, well marked, holds milk, and has a handle. The tamper is heavy, easy to hold, and fits my machine perfectly. I read all the reviews, and can find nothing wrong with this set. The pitcher does not rust or discolor, and the tamper is solid enough to work very well. Yes, the box has a State of California lead warning, because this tamper, as most tampers, is made if an alloy with a trace a lead in it. Since it is plated and not put in your mouth or ingested, I'm not at all concerned. In any case, this set is an excellent buy and appears to be reasonably well made.

I bought the New Star Foodservice Commercial Grade Stainless Steel 18/8 Frothing Pitcher for my daughter to go with the frother I bought her earlier. She will be going away to college next year so we are starting to pick up necessities for her. In our family, coffee is a necessity! And since college students cannot afford high priced, fancy coffees, I wanted to get my daughter the equipment she needed to do it herself. The New Star Foodservice Frothing Pitcher is a decent quality, affordable frothing pitcher that holds enough milk to make froth for 2 normal size mugs of coffee. It is attractive and well built without any labels or stamps. It washes safely and easily in the dishwasher and because it is stainless steel, it does not leach harmful chemicals into food. It was a good purchase for my daughter and I am glad we got it.

It is a nice pitcher but I bought it because I wanted a pitcher with stamped / embossed measurements (as is pictured for the 12 oz pitcher). These measurements are printed on (as is shown in the picture for the larger pitcher). Because it is new it is easy to see the ounce markers but over time I don’t think it will be any better than the other ones I have.

Would be lost without these for my espresso

My mom bought this and she says, the weight is amazing. If it's perfectly coffee quality is great, the durability is good. The capacity is good, and there's no really taste on that.
