I managed my senior dog's diabetes for over a year, and it is a challenging process for any pet owner. Finding the correct supplies and keeping them on hand was a difficult aspect of the process. A glucometer and glucose test strips are VITAL in managing your animal's diabetes at home, and this kit was the most affordable option we could find - It comes with plenty of rest strips, and purchasing further boxes was also affordable. The accuracy was comparable to other glucometer brands we used, and matched up comparably with our vet's readings as well.

We ordered this product because it is less expensive than what we were using. We have a juvenile diabetic dog who gets his blood tested twice a day, so cost matters. The sample size needed was much larger than our old test strips. This resulted in wasting strips and discomfort for the dog. We ordered cheap and got what we paid for. We went back to our subscription for Advocate Pet Test strips.

This product is accurate, replacement test strips are a reasonable price.

Requires a lot more blood than my AlphaTrak used to. I have trouble getting a large enough blood drop from my kitty.

This does a good job and is easy to use.

You only get 10 Lancets in this kit and I don’t see any for this brand to buy, and now I am out and have to buy a lancet pen and lancets I can test my kitty sugar now.

All around terrible but the worst are the test strips. It’s hard to see if they actually collected any blood. I returned mine.
