What size paper does this work with?

9.25" is the size of sheets it's designed for. It is NOT for the larger size Happy Planner.

Where do you find paper to fit this size?

If you mean, can you buy paper that is the exact same size, I’m sure you can find it but it might be expensive. I cut mine down from a regular sheet of paper.

Is there a way to make this work with the teacher planner?

Since the teacher edition is for 8.5 x 11 paper primarily, I would not buy this one- it is too small for a majority of what you would use it for. They sell the larger version on their website that is specifically for that size planners! :)
