Decent!
I spent ages searching for a waterproof mascara that wasn't overly expensive and sold & dispatched from Amazon (a lot of reviews on different products where people claiming loads to be fake! Yikes!!!) I eventually stumbled upon this mascara and despite no reviews thought I'd give it a try; and so far im very happy with the product! It lasted a day of being outside in heavy rain and through 3 teary moments at a family event; I wore it from 7am to 11pm which is a lengthy time and only started to notice a slight grey hue under my eyes around 10pm probably due to my other makeup maybe having oils in and interacting with the product, but for being on for so long and only showing any sign of transferring onto skin until then despite being subjected to water 4 times I think is great! One coat gives a more separated natural look whereas the two coats I done made the lashes more thick and closed together but not ridiculously so like some mascaras can make them, all in all I recommend, I can't comment on how long the tube lasts or whether it dries out quickly as I've only worn it the one day, it didn't come safety sealed but it did come in the box as advertised which reassured me and I had no nasty reaction or anything and it had a normal smell and the packaging seemed decent as far as I could tell.

Product quality
Not my usual mascara but didn’t have time to buy my usual so tried this and it’s great light full lashes that doesn’t smudge or clump.Amazon as ever delivered my order when I was told I’d receive it. Delivered by the time I woke up next morning. Very happy as always 👍

Very clump - box damaged
This product arrived the box was damaged!Also it is very clumpy not very impressed!I won’t but this again.I’mNot able to return item.

Received dried up and lumpy
Received the mascara and was unable to use it as its completely dried up and lumpy. Tried to place a returns request via Amazon and was re directed to Maxfactor customer chat bot and got no where after half an hour. I have used this mascara for years. Love the product... Hate that you cannot get a refund or replacement when you receive a faulty product! Waste of money this time
