Great streaming device

Great product overall!
Easy to set up and offers plenty of variety and stable streaming. I downloaded the app so the remote can be controlled via cellphone. Would like to see the app updated with full display volume control and child-lock features to over-ride the remote commands. (Currently the voice command "lower volume" can be used to lower volume in stages, but one cannot specifically adjust volume and lock it in from the phone app). This would be handy, as I need to set volume limits on TV's due to inconsiderate roommates.

I love this Roku Ultra device, but the initial tv screen set-up is in Spanish & you have to figure out how to change it to English :-(

No more loud TV!!
Purchased this for my husband as he is hard of hearing and has a hard time with technology so now all he has to do is put the television on Roku and put the earbuds in his ears so he can hear as he refuses to wear his hearing aids.. I watch television in the bedroom and have to turn up my volume because his is so loud in the living room, this was a marriage saver😁

Box not new and defective
We received this in a resealed box, but it appeared unused and new. Easy to connect and get up and running once I found my passwords. Like the remote and headphones feature on it, only wished it worked on TV viewing as well as the Roku box. Only problem so far that I can't seem to find an answer to is that while streaming, it stutters and goes to black screen for a second or two, then resumes. We have a Roku stick and an old Roku box that do not do this. Is it a problem with the box? There is no help in resolving this issue so I can only assume the Not-New box is defective as well as being not new and am returning it for a full refund. May try to purchase elsewhere. I like the features, just not the seconds of black screen in the middle of streaming. I tried replacing the new ethernet cable and memory card with no luck.
