A year or 2 ago I was recommended this product from a family member and I am very grateful she did. After years of heavy deadlifting and squats my knees started to feel achy and have sharp pains. I started taking this on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and after a week started to notice that my knees just felt better. I could go to the gym and do the workouts that I loved to do with no pain! Whenever I stop taking this, I do notice the aches and pains start coming back. I’ve bought like 7-8 bottles of this which is like $120 so $60 a year for better pain free knees is worth it to me! Upsides -Fast -Effective -Affordable -Actually see results within a week -Easy on the stomach -Might be an HSA eligible product Only downsides: -Tatse like cough syrup -You have to keep taking it -Has Vitamin D in it which is nice, but taking it on an empty stomach will not allow your body to absorb it (you need fat to absorb Vitamin D)

I’ve dealt with knee and leg pain from years of competitive cheerleading. I tumbled most of my life, and now at 39 it’s definitely catching up to me. I decided to give this product a try, and within two days of taking it, I started noticing relief. That alone impressed me. I won’t sugarcoat it, the taste is pretty bad. It has a thick, syrupy consistency, and I have to plug my nose and chase it with a flavored drink to get it down. It also contains Vitamin D3, so I highly recommend taking it with food. If I take it on an empty stomach, I feel very nauseous. Despite the taste, the relief it gives me is absolutely worth it. I will definitely be repurchasing and I’m so glad I found this product.

This reduces the frequency and severity of my hip pain. Whenever I stop taking it, my hip pain tends to worsen, so I will continue taking it. I mix this with water and it's tolerable.

Product is good. I’ve used for years. Tastes ok; it’s a supplement. Can store on shelf, but, cold tastes better. I didn’t buy additional on Amazon because I wanted the 32oz. bottle. I could swear that is what I chose, but, I ended up with a 16oz. size. It’s important to try and take daily. A few missed days is fine. Costco has the larger size; cheaper per ounce. Amazon blew it.

Have used this product for many years to aid in keeping my aging joints as flexible as possible. Daily use for years with perfect tolerance and good results; Perfect choice and will use in the future.

It actually worked for my hip pain. Taste wasn't great but it worked

I don’t know if this stuff works or not since this is my first day. But the taste is horrendous. Says it’s berry flavored but I have never had any berries that taste like that. Yuck. Going to have to add some kind of flavoring to it in order to drink it.

Works well. Buy on Amazon now since Costco stopped carrying it. Half the size though. Oh well.

I have been using this products for many years. I ordered 5 bottles from Amazon. This time I was disappointed. Even though the expiry date is October 2026, but it tastes very bitter and sweet and the colour is very dark. This time made me wonder if I should trust Amazon in the future.

The liquid glucosamine, along with Chondroitin and MSM is good for joints; however, the Chondroitin is not made from vegetarian source(s). The main Amazon site says the Chondroitin in it is from beef and pork. The seller should not say it is a vegetarian product.
