These are nice and do what they need to do. I disagree with those who say they run small and are hard to pull on. My daughter wears S and XS in women's size. She's slender and 5 ft 3'. I first got her a Medium, but they were too big on her (loose in the butt), and I had to exchange for XS which fit her just fine. Bonus points: this brand comes in many colors which she loved.

My preteen's favorite period underwear. The protective barrier stretches from the front waist band all the way to the back, which is the best for exercise and lying down. It is thin, not bulky, it does not make rustling sounds when walking. It looks like regular underwear with added protection for leaks. Of course you still have to use feminine hygiene products. These do not have the absorbency for free flowing, unless with really light flow at beginning of end of cycle. I'm comparing these to the expensive Thinx underwear which we bought before these. They were bulky, the barrier did not go from waist band to waist band, and they looked so old after a few washes. But the main issue with those was the bulk was noticeable through her jeans, and she experienced leaks in bed while sleeping and even leaks in public. These underwears don't have any of those problems and price is great. Also they're FSA eligible! For size reference 5'1", 115 to 120 lbs. Wears Medium in these.

My teenage daughter loves these. Gives her confidence she will not have any leaks. She has had them for 2byears and they still hold up. Just bought another pack because she outgrew the last set. Highly recommend

Work well paired with my reusable pads (I have very heavy periods). The only downside is they're too tight in the thighs, and I'm quite skinny. If I find them uncomfortable, I'm sure others do as well. I actually tug on the holes for the legs a bit every time I use them, until they're a bit more broken in (or at least I'm hoping that eventually works). Not too noisy or anything

My daughter feels more secure when she wears these. No leak through.

I usually do not leave reviews but this one is very personal to me. I suffer from very very heavy periods. They only last 3/4 days, but the first 2 days are extremely painful and very heavy. I also have never used a tampon and am allergic to most pads. I purchased the period co panties and they are the BOMB. They are more expensive and I only had 2 pairs so I decided to try these out. I currently have had a pair on for about 3 hours and they are already leaking. There is no way I could sleep comfortably or go to work with only 1 pair. They are great for the last few days when there is barely any flow left - so this review is for my heavy periods ladies - I highly recommend them for the last few days as they are comfortable but do not hold up during the heavy days. Have a back up, have an extra pair with you, and do not depend on only 1 pair for over 8 hours compared to other brands.

I honestly love these. I purchased 2 packs the first time. They do what they are meant to do. As someone with a heavy menstrual cycle I can say they WORK! They have saved me 3 times already, and I can say that I was lucky I wore these undies around the time my cycle comes, especially because I tend to be irregular and I from time to time don’t receive sign from my body saying it’s that time of the month. Not just that but they are honestly comfortable to wear. I would just order a size up just cause I feel like they run small. But other then that I literally just purchased 2 more packages. I honestly would recommend

These are great. I wanted colours, patterns but all were labelled “teen”. I thought maybe they were sized smaller than usual. I’m 46, a size 6 - they fit the same as any “adult” period undies (these aren’t my first - do size up in all period undies - they are snug on purpose and you will be bloated).
