I love this! I drink it over ice, way better! No gatekeeping here, this is how I prepare it and Im still losing weight!In a blender add 6-8 oz of waterA packet of Protein CappuccinoA packet of Instant coffee (I use instant Folgers)1-2oz of Skim Milk ( I use Fairlife milk (baby blue bottle)Blend until it looks creamy.Pour over a cup of ice!! Wayy better served cold than hot!Thank me later! 😉

Anything but healthy!!!
I don't know why everything has to be this sweet! It is supposed to be a cappuccino drink, so I was expecting it to have a bit of a coffee flavor. No, think again it tastes horrible. A side from the sweetness it has no flavor what so ever! To top it off it contains among other things Corn Syrup Solids (the stuff one would definitely want to stay away from) it contains fructose another sweetener as well as Aspartame. One would thing that one sweetner would be enough. But NO lets just add more unhealthy stuff.Well I also ordered the Mocha Meal Shake but I'm going to forgo the tasting and rerutn it. It's by the same manufaturere and I am not expecting a different result.Oh yes before I forget it's NOT worth the money, so NO I would not recommend it

Great way to add some protein to my diet for a nice treat.
Love this! My secret to prepping this is:Empty the entire packet of piwder into a large coffee cup (do not add sweetener. It is already sweetened.)Brew a 10 oz black coffee (decaf or regular) over the powderStir constantly with a fork. I find it breaks up the lumps better.Add some milk or creamer to taste.ENJOY!

High protein but a bit of an aftertaste
I can't take the taste of just this on its own. Slight weird taste to it. However, I'm very happy with it added to hot coffee. I use a keurig. I put this mix in the cup,let the coffee brew into that cup stirring as it goes in the cup. No clumps with this technique. It's pretty good this way. Sometimes, I'll add a splash of Hazelnut Skinny Syrup which completely masks the protein taste.

Product is great. Amazon driver mot so great
The item was great. Unfortunately, the delivery driver not so great. It said ‘left near front door’. My camera picked up nothing. And nothing was there. Later, I located it in my grass near the street. I guess the driver had a hurt leg and had to toss it from the vehicle towards my house. I hope the drivers leg recovers.,

too SWEET, needs 16- 20 ounce water to dilute it but capuccino taste is compromised
low sugar but it tastes super sweet. I have to add 16 to 20 ounce of water to get it to the low sweetness level. but its too diluted already.
