i think you can put on your apartment ceiling. Only need a fixed disc to install it

What is the strength in pounds force or any other metric? at what force do they bend? at what force do they break? a 500lb pull test tells me nothing

I am 200lbs and I have hung on it easily without bending it.

How do I fix the apparatus to the ceiling? Also, would it be safe to hand it on the ceiling?
