She takes two (700mg) with 4 pumps of GABA + L Theanine and they calm the racing and busy mind so it will allow the body to relax and drift into sleep as naturally as it should be. Best pair for high cortisol, adhd energy spikes at night or restless night owls. Just be mindful with the highest doses with Ashwaganda as you will have weird dreams or nightmares lol Never when paired with G+LT that we’ve experienced But really love this and how it helps in our family each day.

I've been experimenting with natural options to reduce my high intensity anxiety and found this. I'm so pleased it balances my mood by making me feel less agitated or overwhelmed feelings of negative out bursts. I work in retail and service a very large percentage of people daily and they can frankly get on my last nerve quickly lol. It's high enough dose that I take one every morning and it's fine for about the full work shift and if I feel edgy take one more before I leave to come home.
