Used the bike for a week now,over all , I like it a lot, the seat is comfortable back support is ok( it’s bendable which scared me at first) love the mobile/iPad holder, very quite unless something is loose,stable. The disadvantages: 1-the instructions book is the worst I ever seen, if you call the supplier they ask for extra 75 dhs for installation im located in Al ain not sure for other cites. 2-The side handles does not have a heart rate measure, 3- the screen location is a little horizontal which not easy to read or watch video while you workout Overall I’m not unhappy with my purchase, would have been easier if delivery and installation was more seamless.

Poor coordination by Amazon. One star review for both . Seller refusing to send staff to assemble the product at the receiver’s location . Unacceptable!! Product too complex to be assembled independently. Defective product. Needs to be returned or replaced. Amazon should not accept to post such poor quality items/ products sold by unprofessional sellers. Extreme action required by Amazon as product mandatory for customer .

Im using this bike for 2 weeks now, its sturdy, made of 19kgs metal. Assembled it myself for 30min-1hr. I followed the youtube installation and not the paper in box. Everything is functioning fine. This bike is under rated, its one of the best bike in market that is cheaper and very good to use, very quiet and not shaking. Using this 30min per day at night. Im very busy with jobwork and no time to exercise outside. Riyadh weather is hot outside for running nor biking, and this indoor bike solve my exercise needs.
