Heel (calcaneal) spur solution
Excellent product. I have been using them for 15 -20 years. Previously I ordered directly on-line from California but this is my first order via Amazon.I have heel (calcaneal) spurs diagnosed by xray. The heel pads work very well for me and allow me to walk long distances without pain or discomfort. Using the pads my heels have improved over time and I do not now need them all the time. The price has increased over time but it is still a very good solution.

comode, ma non guariscono la fascite plantare
Sono comode e pratiche da inserire nella scarpa, aderiscono bene, ammortizzano e quindi alleviano il dolore, ma non hanno fatto nulla nel mio caso per guarire la fascite plantare, non l'hanno migliorata neanche.

These work!
The first day wearing these my feet were a little sore. I was only able to wear them for about 6hrs. By day 3 I could wear them all day long! I work in construction and I’m on my feet for 10 hrs a day walking through all sorts of terrain. I would highly recommend these as my feet/heels feel so much better! I bought the hybrid pair as i wanted a gel soft feel plus some firmness. I pull these in and out of my work boots and use in all my other pairs of foot wear as I need them. Zero complaints...might purchase another pair!

Awesome!! I had these several years back when I had heal spurs in both feet. Doctor sent me to Academy for high priced inserts that didn’t work at all! I found these and bought them at 1/3 the price I had paid for the others. My feet stopped hurting as soon as I put them in my shoes! True Story!!! I started having heal pain a couple of weeks ago so I ordered these and was surprised to find the price is almost the same as it was before, Wow! These are great!I told my son about them and showed him them last week because he was having foot pain and has a dr appointment coming up. He ordered and Ethel the next day. Has warn them 5 days now and is Much improved he says. He thanked me for sharing with him. I will buy them again
