Fixed my beloved watch! Here's a tip for use!
This is an *extensive* assortment of Spring-Bars and a handy tool to be able to change / re-attach watch bands. I was very surprised by how many of each spring-bars there are and and the variety of sizes. Thought this product is very affordable, they do not skimp. This is an excellent value and took away any concern I had about "messing up". There are PLENTY of pins in every size. A little pouch of each. Here's a usage tip: I struggled to re-attach the buckle-end of my watch band, because I couldn't figure out how to hold it all in place while using the tool. Just not enough hands! Here's what worked: Find the right size spring-bar 1st. I had measured the "gap" of my watch band buckle to be about 25 mm and I assumed that would be the size of the spring-bar needed. Glad I got the assortment! What I needed was 22mm...So play around. Best if you compare the "solid" body of the spring-bar with your prior one, if possible, but there are plenty of each size, so no worries. Tip: In my case, I was replacing the spirng-bar closest to the buckle itself, not closest to the watch body. To replace more easily: TURN THE BUCKLE and BAND ONTO ONE SIDE onto press firmly against a desktop surface with the spring-bar already inserted through the buckle and little buckle-stem...! Be sure the buckle-stem is ON TOP of the buckle and not behind it!!!! (That's cause for instant regret!) By holding the whole assembly sideways on top of a solid surface, the buckle will be held tight against the band and spring-bar assembly, which will then allow you to use the little U-Shaped part of the tool, to compress the pin and put the other half of the buckle on ---- , since the other half is securely placed against the desktop and thus not wobbling around. I had to fiddle for quite some while, before I turned it on it's side against a surface and then it came together in 10 seconds. Hope this helps! (If you have an expensive watch...may want to pad the surface with a cotton face-cloth or dry towel of some sort.)

A must have for watch repair
For very little money, this kit will last many lifetimes. In fact, it could become a family heirloom! No matter how careful you are, there are times one of these spring-loaded pins will fly across the room when trying to reinstall it. Even with the remover/installation tool, those tiny pins have a mind of their own. Most of my watches are battery operated. And, in most cases, the metal band has to be disconnected to remove the back of the watch. All of a sudden, "ZOOM," a spring goes off into the wild blue yonder. Now, I have no fears of this happening. I have pins aplenty, enough for an eternity. They appear very well made and the enclosed tool is very helpful. It's better to have this kit (and not need it) than to need it (and not have it). I proudly endorse this message.

Alot for your money!
You are definitely given alot for your money and are given multiple sizes. Just make sure it is exactly what you need. You can do so by removing the other side to make sure the size you need and style you need is in what you are buying. (Learn from MY Mistakes people! LOL). But in regards to the product, if working with smaller time pieces this is definitely worth the buck.

Many pins, you will fix watches for decades with this.
I used this to fix the pin in my citizen watch. It took me two pins to complete the job as the first pin shot away from me when I had it compressed to slide the band into the watch trying to get the pin to click into the hole on both sides of the watch head. I used the 21mm for the part which the band that hooks to the watch itself and it was a tight fit. This is a full size mens watch as shown in the picture. The pins go from 6mm to 25mm with no gaps between so you should be able to find a perfect fit. The pins seem to be of good quality with springs that compress and a proper thickness to fit a normal watch.

A wide assortment of watch band bars
I have only had to use the kit twice but both times the kit was great to have handy. There is a huge range of pin lengths so I suspect almost any need could be met. For sure it had what I needed. The pins come nicely bagged in cute little zip lock bags and there is a little tool for removing and installing the pins. A very nice kit and a fair price. What's not to like other than it is not US made? I buy US made stuff as much as I can but frequently don't have much choice but to buy imported. This is one of those cases.

Tool broke almost immediately
Even though the pin tool broke almost immediately (well, 1 side of it), I’m still giving this 3 stars since I am now likely set for life with extra pins. I am a bit upset the tool broke mainly because I have a 14 month old in my house and I wasn’t able to find the forked end that snapped off while trying to place a pin. I just hope my vacuum finds it before my child. That said, the other side of the tool held up and I was able to finish placing the pin. The pins seem a little thin compared to the original pins on the timex I was using it to replace, but I haven’t had a lot of experience with replacement pins and they may work just fine. I have another watch that needs a new pin as well and when I get to that one, if it looks like the pins are thin compared to the originals on that one as well, then I will further update my review. Long story short, I would buy again, but would try to set up a catch in case the tool broke the next time I switched out a pin or watch band.

Not up to the standard quality, not value for money

The tool provided is flimsy and feels like the simple action of removing the sprimg bars of a watch would break it. The links provided are fine but the tool is very bad infact. It seems like a used one was provided and parts of it were rusty.
