It would require a surface like a wall to project the prism colors onto & that would happen indoors with any light that gets refracted through this. If you're wanting a rainbow overhead in the sky...?...well, I think the unicorn suggestion might be your best bet.

Q: Does the clear version refract the ligth in differents colors like Newton prism?

I am not sure what the Newton prism is, but this one does refract light in various colors, depending on the lighting and how/where you position it. We have given them as gifts to two people and they were very happy and uplifted by them. Hoping this helps!
