How long to cook this ham & is this a very salty ham?

It comes frozen so you need to thaw it out and it’s cooked but you need to heat it up which takes a couple hours. Saltiness is an individual taste but I didn’t think it was too salty

The ham was 2/3 bone seriously. very dissapointing. I have butchered pigs before and never had this kind of bone in any of my hams. For 150.00 bucks never again
