Poor quality - stopped working in 2 weeks - worst customer support - didn't get it replaced
Very poor quality and worst customer service. The product stopped working in just 2 weeks. I contacted them for it came with 6 months warranty. They asked to break the item into 7-8 pieces and share the images - the plastic is so hard and can't be broken into pieces. I shared the images of the broken item(as far as I could)....and they rejected it saying they need clear pictures after breaking into 7-8 pieces. It clearly shows their intentions of not serving..the 6 months warranty is just non sense. The product is certainly of poor quality and can last a few weeks and have no expectations on the 6 months warranty that comes with it.

Reliable for Accessory Charging
The adapter is decent overall. The charging speed is good and I mainly use it to charge accessories. However its compatibility with multiple devices could be better

Stopped working in 3 weeks - but got quick replacement. Fantastic Customer Service !!
The charger stopped working within 3 weeks and Amazon simply refrred me to the manufacturer. Contacting the manufacturer PORTRONICS was seamless - completely online. Their responses were never more than one day, usually same day. They arranged to pick up the defective piece by themselves, and sent a new replacement free of cost within a week. And all the while, they were in constatnt touch. And all for a charger that cost just Rs.192 ! If only all manufacturers and sellers were like this !!! Fantastic Portronics - well done !!
