I just received the Raw Fit I bought online from here - fast shipping by Amazon and they deliver on Sundays. GREAT!! Now, about the product - I read a bunch of reviews here online about people complaining about the flavor and how it's little for the price. Honestly, at the price of 27 to 29 bucks here, it's a lot cheaper then if you were to get this from Whole Foods....$44.95 over there. Ridiculous pricing. At Vitamin Shoppe, it's about $30. Coupons don't help much either. So buy this from here and save the money. I think they could add more servings to this - but Garden of Life knows what they're doing here. This is supposed to be used as a 5 day jumpstart, so that's why the serving is 10. It's supposed to be for 5 days. After that, you can take this shake once a day and it can still last you at least 10 days. What I like to do is mix one scoop of the Raw Meal and one scoop of the Raw Fit and a scoop of the Garden of Life Perfect Greens (since I don't each as much as I need to no matter how much I try to get my greens daily) with Silk Almond Milk (because it's the only one that does not have carageenan in it), a splash of coconut water and almond butter. It tastes sweet so I have to add in extra water. Seriously, this drink does it for me. And I notice I do not get hungry or feel like I want to eat and I get filled up. It tastes good, and as far as people complaining on here about the gritty texture, no, I do not feel that way. I blend this in the NutriBullet and it takes out the grit. The Raw Meal does have grit but it's still okay. This is all real raw food, not synthetic stuff you'd find in Herbalife, Cambridge, or other mass protein mixes that are out there. Plus you are getting all the vitamins and minerals you need. I'd recommend for those of you who want more of a punch to add a scoop of the Raw Meal with the Raw Fit and try this for 5 days. I am doing my 5 Day Jump Start with this now and will update this on Friday to let you know how I am feeling afterwards. Also, I haven't had any nervousness, anxiety or jittery feelings that some people have experienced on here. If that's the case, maybe reduce the amount of the Raw Fit? Some people cannot handle so much of the ashwaghanda or the green bean coffee extract and it's a reaction from the body. So it's best to reduce it and then slowly ease into it. Looking forward to update! :)

If you're looking for a shake that strongly resembles something you'd be served alongside a burger, this is not for you. If you're looking for a pink strawberry dream that makes you think of all those tasty frozen squirrels you've downed, keep looking. This is not that. This is serious. It's an actual drill sergeant, not a crossfit "instructor". It does not have a sense of humor, it doesn't care if it's wearing the latest fashions, it doesn't need you to love it. But I do. I've read mixed reviews about this shake. Mainly about the switch to pea protein powder. I personally don't care if they've use pea powder. They don't use soy and they don't use whey or sugar. It's low-residue (I have to have this for my diet-bulk fiber BAD. Smooth food GOOD). They STILL include the sprouted grains that people are complaining aren't there. They ARE there. Sprouted something or another is the second ingredient. I don't care about that either. My point is it's full of sprouted this and sprouted that. The "original" flavor is a not-sweet, sort of malty flavor that one could customize. Ever had malt powder? Tastes like that. I added a stevia packet, a little vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup frozen fruit in the ninja. It was drinkable, and it sort of had an oatmeal flavor. I don't feel sick to my stomach as I do with ALL other protein shakes. I actually feel full, which is a definite first from a shake. I usually want to eat within 15 minutes after I have a shake. I'm actually getting fuller and more satisfied as time passes. There is no caffeine in this shake. I thought I read someone say there was. There is not. It's got decaf green tea. I'll be ordering a large (I ordered a small) and continuing to use this for weight loss. It's not like some of the sugary sweet shakes, and it's not pretending to be. If slim fast is a toy poodle, this stuff is a border collie. The working group. Don't bug it, it has work to do. It doesn't want to sit on your lap or have a snack. I don't need sugar and fluff, I need a real meal replacement that fills me up and doesn't mess with my MANY G.I. issues, while helping me lose weight. I've found it. If this is what you're looking for, this may work for you.

OK I'll if you negative Nelly's. I have searched and searched high and low for a great diet meal replacement shake. I have searched to the ends of this world. And yes they have replaced the brown rice protein with Pea protein but not completely. If you look at any other shake you will not find the quantities and amazing ingredients this shake has. Also as far as the sodium count it is still quite lower than any other shake. This one has an incredible amount of fiber a incredible amount of protein and all of the ingredients of raw and sprouted. Give it a try. I use it in conjunction with the Raw meal. This is an incredibly thought out product I am not a paid review. I am an actual roller coaster dieter since I'm like eight years old and 46 now. The shake helps me a lot. It is worth the money because it has amazing ingredients in it. I have done the research of every single ingredient and the percentages of every single ingredient. I am Very hard critic trust me. Yes I miss the low-sodium as well but they have their reasons for what they did that. The price for the big one is $47 and it is 20 shakes. That's just as much as any other shake out there the only other one I found was pure brown rice protein powder nothing else is made with brown rice anymore because there are lot of problems with it. Problems like getting it fresh and from foreign countries. Do your research before you're so hard on the shake. Good luck on your diet. Here's a tip from me I use chopped up frozen broccoli about a half cup in my shake you actually can't taste it at all in there and it gives you the same creamy blend as a frozen banana would....May the diet Gods and Goddess be with you.

Wish I read closer. I was excited to see the high mg of protein (28) per serving. I didn't read much beyond that and just grabbed it for that reason alone. No one buys $30 of protein powder and expects a grand total of 10 scoops in the jar. But that's exactly what this is. No one pays $3 for a scoop of protein powder knowingly. And to further the deception, they put it in a giant jar and only fill it 1/3 of the way. I so regret buying this. I guess I have to expect the worse from sellers and meticuloisly eye every detail of a product. And no, adding some ashwagandha and green coffee don't justify the price. The mg of each product are way lower than a serving you'd find in a supplement. I doubt there's enough to have any benefit. Let's see here. 60 servings of 500mg green coffee is about 7-10$. 60 servings of 600mg of ashwagandha is about $10. A 30 serving jar of protein powder is about $30. It would be cheaper to just make your own weight loss protein powder by buying supplements and adding them to regular protein powder

LOVE the Marley Coffee taste, just right. And when added w/ dutch choc powder, it enhances the coffee flavor. I was reading the 1 star reviews about metals, etc. & this seems to be a concern about this in all proteins powders or vitamin sup, foods in general. I'm a Dental Hygienist & ppl get scared about fluoridated items & the developing cancer. My answer to them is simple - ANYTHING that u come in contact daily can cause cancer. You have the chemicals in your carpet, your curtains, the paints, chemicals w/ make-up, lotions, perfumes, soaps, etc- etc. The chemicals used to make your fridge run well, the household cleaning agents, um let's see, the air cond at work, car, or home, the air you breath when your surrounded in traffic - TONS of very minuscule metals! I mean, ask yourself, how "natural" is your working environment? For some of us, we spend more time at work, then at home. The 2 main diseases that ppl die from are Cancer & Heart Disease, of all the research done the past 50yrs on this 2 diseases, there's not 1 particular chemical that definitely causes Cancer. People's genes react to various chemicals in different degrees depending on a lot of factors. For eg. some doctors still don't why some passive smokers develop cancer, others don't. I had patients where the wife died of cancer, but it's the husband that smoked for over 30yrs. How do u explain that given ALLLL the research on smoking, which has over 50 carcinogenic causing agents? One would assume 100% the smoker would die sooner, they're inhaling that stuff daily, sometimes every other hour. And most of my smoker patients - don't eat healthy. So, sometimes health articles don't always match reality. You can get so paranoid about every dang thing in life, I say - moderation! If u want a soda, great!...just don't drink a case/day. If u want cookies, great!...just don't eat the whole Oreo pack. Oh, my favorite, ppl that drink alcohol, now there's definite relation betwn heart disease /cancer w/ any alcohol, BUT u have ppl believing that red wine will reduce your chances of developing heart disease - rubbish!- NOT if you still have a high fat/salt diet, & ur overwgt ~30lbs, gimme me a break! In any case, my only gripe w/ this Raw fit, is the amount, the tub is huge, but the powder is only 1/2. It's like buying potato chips. You pay 1/2 for the air in the bag, ridiculous. I'm not worried about the metals in this powder, there's natural occurring metals in the soil, so any veggies u buy may have micro metals in them, whether organic, GMO or standard farming. I'm going to enjoy it all! Even the seafood, that comes from the dirty ocean, you don't see many ppl refusing their lobsters, crab or shrimp, which have micro metals in them too. The list can go on, just increase ur fiber (25-35g/day), drink more water, get more sleep & most important, find humor daily. This is my basic equation of health...the rest is a toss-up.
