I thought that it’s body was plastic until I unboxed it, and it’s a pretty dope sounding mic too. Would recommend anyone looking for an XLR microphone. Worth the price imo Update: I dont recommend to buy this mic anymore because of the price spike, I’d recommend you to wait until COVID is over and the stocks get back to their MSRP

If you’re looking for a microphone that captures everything in high detail? This is exactly what you’re looking for. It has a slightly warmer tone but very usable it’s very close to high end microphones like the Neumann microphones. But if you have a room that is noisy like fan noises or roommate shouting or family members making noise It will catch that too, why? because that’s how condenser microphones are, If you are worried about that then a dynamic microphone will be more suitable. Also if you’re room is treated with acoustic panels, it wil Be more effective to use this microphone. I currently use the shure sm7DB cuz I have a noisy brother in the room. But if I had my own room I would definitely go for a condenser microphone like this. Solely because of its high sensitivity in capturing the most detail in sound making your recording as close to real as it can get. If you’re looking for quality then this is it. Note: condenser microphones uses phantom power 48v Else it will not work, so make sure your mixer, audio interface, go XLR have a 48v button to engage the microphone.

Does exactly what you’d expect. You must note though that this microphone does not work well with cheaper audio interfaces, so I’d advise a scarlett or behringer at a minimum, and not an off-brand one. Otherwise, fits the bill

Excellent micro, j'aime bien transmettre un audio de qualité et il rempli parfaitement ce rôle. Je stream de temps à autres mais c'est généralement pour discuter sur discord qu'il est là en parallèle avec mon casque dt770 qui n'a pas de micro. Le micro est de très bonne facture, il n'y a pas vraiment d'accessoire avec le micro cependant. J'ai acheté un pop filter de mon côté.

Good sound at good price but takes a lot of space on a desk.

This was my first real microphone purchase and it was incredibly worth it. it has crystal clear audio, and it does a good job and not picking up an echo. You might not even need to treat the room you record or play in. Fantastic mic, I highly recommend for starting streamers of actors

I bought this on the strength of previous reviews, and I have to say it's a really superb microphone. I've recently started broadcasting as an online radio DJ, and have to say that the pickup and sound quality of this is far better than I hoped for. I'm running this through a behringer 1202fx mixing desk, as you require a phantom power supply to power this, and the combination of the two together is amazing, the clarity of this is fabulous, and it can be a good 12 to 18 inches away from my face and it still picks up beautifully. If you want a really good quality microphone at sub £100 money then look no further, I spent a good three to four weeks before actually deciding on this, and I'm delighted with this, quite simply superb.

I'm pretty beginner at recording, but I was immediately satisfied with this microphone. It's great at picking up the sound you want and ignoring that which you don't want (as long as you have proper positioning). The quality seems great to me; I'm much more motivated to record since this purchase. Note that the package itself is minimal, and you must independently acquire at the very least: - an XLR cable - an audio interface or some way of providing the phantom +48 V power - a mic stand (it comes with the connection to the mic stand, but not the stand itself) - a pop filter (to get rid some terrible sharp sounds)
