We've been using this since my little one started walking, and it's been a lifesaver! You never know when they'll try to slip through a door or get their tiny fingers caught. These guards are easy to install and do the job perfectly. They prevent the door from closing too quickly, giving me peace of mind when my curious toddler is exploring.

These work great so that my little one does not slam his fingers in the door. Installation is easy you just slide it on the door.

As simple as these are, they are a favorite purchase. We have a toddler in the house who has discovered the fun of closing doors, this also means they're still learning to watch their fingers when they do so. These are a perfect solution to keep hands safe and prevent door slamming.

Originally I used these to keep doors open with the kids. After I started to travel a bit more I realized that even after the kids are grown these work great to ensure that your pets can't accidently close a door you don't want them locked behind when you travel. Now that my kids are grown this is what I use them for. Put on above any door (laundry room with the litter box) that you don't want to accidently close while you are traveling. they are a cheap and effective way to ensure you don't end up with a pet locked in a room without food, water, or litter box for a day between sitter visits. They work great, are cheap and easy to install. Just buy them and use them.

I like to keep my door open but the wind has been slamming it shut lately so I bought this and there were no more loud slams! This lightweight product is very easy to stick onto your door without it falling off. I would say it is larger than most door guards I’ve had in the past but it looks very nice and well built.

So I'll be honest. My son is the type of kid who likes to slam doors. He's autistic and has no sense of safety when it comes to possibly pinching his fingers. So while these work from keeping his fingers safe, I'm not sure how long they will actually last. We've been using them for roughly a week now. They do help keep his fingers safe, but because its made of foam, if he tries to shut the door too roughly the foam starts compress quite a bit. I'm not sure what this will mean over time.

We have one cat that knows how to open levered handle doors and then shuts the door and locks himself in a room. These are a great solution for making sure the door can't close all the way. We had been using door stops stuck in the jamb to keep the door from closing, but that solution led to damaged jambs.

En mi caso sólo usamos los protectores (dos en cada puerta) para mantener ligeramente abierta la puerta y también para evitar que se azote. Funciona bastante bien, aunque los protectores se deforman un poco cuando se presionan contra la esquina del marco de la puerta.

I am disappointed with this purchase. The device held on when closed gently - but in case a child closes fast or rather forcefully, the device tears and is not strong enough to last
