Its so good to cook your food in pan like this. But you need to know that this pan needs special preparation before cooking. grease the pan with oil and bake it in the oven at the highest temperature. let it cool and then it's ready to use and the food won't stick

Its good quality its thick and heavy, I washed it with warm soapy water i let it dry, after that there’s rust in some parts, did i do something wrong😑

Makes great panini sandwiches and steaks when it's too cold to grill outside. Much easier to keep the seasoning on it than I had expected what with the grill marks. I bought a glass lid that fits this perfectly which really cuts down on the smoke if you're grilling inside. It arrived preseasoned but I cooked up some bacon as soon as it arrived and then just washed with water only...meat will not stick if you let it cook until it "releases itself". I've tried a le creuset grill pan as well but got rid of it as it was too hard to clean. This Lodge pan is much easier to maintain because you just don't clean it ( with soap anyhow) and it is much more non-stick than the le creuset was. For anyone wondering, there's a panini press made of cast iron by Norpro that fits inside this pan perfectly, and the glass lid from Lodge can fit over the panini press as well.

It's a solid cast iron pan. But super heavy, my mom dislike it. But i love it. So if you want something light, skipped this.

Ottima bistecchiera! Si ottiene un ottima maillard! Manutenzione semplice e anche se non enorme ci si cucina velocemente per 3- 4 persone! Consigliatissima!

Buen producto, deja la carne en su punto, hay que echarle el aceite cuando esté caliente y después las carne, después de usarla se debe limpiar bien con una servilleta de papel y después lavarla, no fregarla con productos fuertes ni con estropajos duros, no ponerla en agua antes de lavarla.
